Nintendo just set the bar very very high, for weirdness.

All that said, between Triforce Heroes, Starfox Zero, and Metroid Prime Federation, Nintendo fucking won e3 hands down.

I thought the Muppets were awesome, but I really felt like the MS and Sony definitely had a stronger showing.

MS especially showed up with some great looking games (Gears 4, Tomb Raider, Forza 6) and an absolutely incredible hololens demo. EDIT: And I forgot about the Rare bundle.

Sony basically could have said “There’s a FF7 remake and we’re getting it first,” and dropped the mic, but then they gave us The Last Guardian (finally), and a look at Uncharted 4 (while I love the series, it looks like more of the same).

I have to be honest, the Zelda looks good, but also mostly like a rehash of Four swords (with one less sword), and Metroid prime Federations looks... I honestly don’t know what to think. I love the Prime universe, but Metroid sans Samus is an extremely hard pill to swallow.

Excited for Starfox though. I hope the graphics grow on me because I alternated between liking the style and hating it. New FE and Xenoblade is always good too.
